I also appreciate the fact that the article did point out that the best information in the world isn’t going to do much good unless the user knows how to discern what is trustworthy and what is not, though I’m not sure about reading the comments to make certain. I suppose that would be a good way to determine the author’s responsiveness and the currency of the content.
